Heritage, sound, and fashion, meet the young Tel Aviv based electronic record label Unterman. The rhythmic and talented sibling trio Cookie Moon (Sara), Josef, and Talya Laimon were inspired by the style and attitude of their ancestor Rabbi Isser Yehuda Unterman. Rabbi Isser Yehuda Unterman was the Chief Rabbi of Israel, known to be a charismatic leader and his son, Rabbi Mordechai Unterman, was Rabbi of London’s Marble Arch Synagogue. Driven by their legacy and ethics, the record label synthesizes the religious and secular worlds by understanding Jewish law and music in innovative ways.

Unterman’s arrival into the music scene brings fresh content with historical family values in equal measure. The label has a line of parties throughout multiple Tel Aviv venues as well as podcasts by guest DJ’s, mesmerizing visuals, and a line of apparel.

The collective is ambitions and forward-thinking, their upcoming event will be a “boutique” house Independence Party in collaboration with Tel Aviv’s most beloved nightclub, Pasáž.  Unterman is debuting their first E.P. release of music mixer Eliezer (Perez) on May 25th, 2018. | Facebook | Instagram: @_unterman_
